Alex Cornish’s debut album ‘Until The Traffic Stops’ - written, played, sung and produced in his Edinburgh bedroom by the self-confessed "complete fucking control freak" – has provoked the kind of tips and plays that any major-label release would beg for. Sessions for Radio 2 (Dermot O’Leary), 6 Music, XFM Scotland, a song played over the end credits of a Hollywood film and The Sunday Times' "hottest download of the week" – this is a special record, made all the more remarkable for it’s DIY beginnings.
